CHP: Wenn wir an die Macht kommen, werden syrischen Flüchtlinge abgeschoben

Im Wahlkampf in der Türkei überbieten sich Oppositionsparteien mit Drohungen, was mit syrischen Flüchtlingen geschehen wird, sollten sie an die Macht kommen.
Nachdem die Vorsitzende der IYI-Partei, die Umfragen zufolge über 20% der Stimmen auf sich vereinigen könnte jüngst syrische Flüchtlinge als "Müll" bezeichnet hatte und versprach all in nur zwei Jahren nach Syrien abschieben zu lassen, legte auch die kemalistische CHP nach.
Sie stand eh immer in Opposition zum politischen Kurs der AKP und Präsident Erdogan, der seit Beginn der Massendemonstrationen gegen Assad, die dortige Opposition unterstützte und anfangs die Grenzen der Türkei für Flüchtlinge aus dem Nachbarland öffnete. Doch das ist Geschichte, inzwischen fährt auch die Regierung einen harten Kurs und schiebt selbst ab.
One of the first things to be done by the oppositional alliance when it comes to power will be establishing contact with the Syrian government for the return of 3.6 million Syrians back to their home country, the leader of the Republican People’s Party (CHP) has said.
“As the Nation Alliance, when we come to power, one of the first things we will do is to meet the legitimate Syrian government and open embassies mutually,” CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said at a meeting in Kilis, a southeastern Anatolian province on the Syrian border, on late Nov. 17.
The social democrat leader is holding a two-day tour in Gaziantep and Kilis, two provinces that host big numbers of Syrians. Türkiye is hosting around 4.5 million migrants and they need to be back in their countries, Kılıçdaroğlu said, “We have to build houses, roads, schools, hospitals for the Syrians who will return to their country. How will we do all this? Our constructors will build all with the funds to be provided by the European Union.”
Laut Human Rights Watch und anderen Menschenrechtsorganisationen wurden dieses Jahr schon hunderte Syrerinnen und Syrer gewaltsam aus der Türkei abgeschoben. Noch schlimmer ergeht es Menschen aus Afghanistan:

Most recently, 227 irregular migrants from Afghanistan who were being held in administrative detention at Kırklareli Pehlivanköy Removal Center were brought to Istanbul Airport and sent back to their country after passing through security under the supervision of law enforcement units.
According to the information received from the Interior Ministry's Directorate of Migration Management, this was the 213th chartered flight to Afghanistan since the beginning of 2022.
Since the beginning of 2022, a total of 55,502 Afghan citizens have been returned to their country, including 40,510 on board 213 charter flights and 14,992 on scheduled flights.
